Digital Scrapbooking Tutorial: Text in a Shape in Photoshop I loved how she does her tutorials very understandable. Thought I share with you all. As well I have posted mostly so I can find it and have it here on the blog where I spend most of my time now. Since I really do not feel facebook anymore. Yey! for me because facebook is so addicting and can be a bad thing... :( I know I am a facebook hater you did not know well now you know. I used to love it. Facebook is drama!!!




I said in 2015 I would focus more on my blog! An most of all focus more on Digital Scrapbooking and Psp Tagging and buying whatever I need from these beautiful stores. No more facebook for me. Now maybe here and there.

How to make an Digital Scrapbooking Layout

I thought I share this video on how to make a digital scrapbooking layout for those that are into that sort of thing as I am. I liked this one and as well her products too. She is very good.  Very easy to follow too. 


Now I do not own this script that she is speaking of but you best believe I got it in the cart for me to get for my birthday next month. Ahh! Birthdays I seem to loose interest in them each year but nah you gotta be crazy they are blessings...
Hope you enjoyed it... As well learned some things from this video pick.

Catzzie Allure Tutorial

(original tut writing date) 1/18/2015. Re-written date is 1/20/2015. 

This was a creation of idea solely by my own creation. This tutorial is an stage 2 beginners level for an beginner! So many are interested in learning how to create tags. For me this was a way I learned how to. That is all I am going to be focusing on this year in 2015. It is all about the beginners.

1. Open up all the supplies please and make duplicates of all of them and close out the originals thanks this is always a good idea. You should practice this method. You will thank me for teaching you that.  * Create an new image size document of 600 x 600 pixels uncheck the transparent box make sure that you click it and choose white or enter #FFFFFF.* 

2.  Next what I want you to do is to activate Red-Silk-Flower-Designs-04 by Dragon Art. Now what you need to do is copy n paste the image to the new document. Now add a drop shadow to it. Use these settings below in this image.

3. Open up the tube that I misted for you to use! Yey.... The tube is crazzi-catzie-eyez-sametradesigns and now copy n paste the tube onto our document right! Now go to your blend modes settings located in the materials palate.  Let's change that blend mode to screen. 

4. Open up the tube truebeauty-taylormade if you did open it in the beginning. Please resize it  by 17% as it is a large image was intended for digital scrapbooking. Make sure when you resize it that the resize all is checked. Now c/p onto the document we are working on as a new layer. Please position it  just like I did. Now apply the same drop shadows settings as before. 

5. Now activate the background layer and fill with the gradient I made. You should install it too your psp gradients in my psp files. Now activate the tube-by-stepane-700-08-06-08 and c/p as a new layer. Now go to layers/arrange/bring to the top. Then the same process but this time we will select the Move Down option. 

6. Now resize and make sure to have the resize all option is unchecked and as well the setting is set at 61 percent and click okay. Now place it just like mines. Now activate the background layer and apply this effect by going to Effects/Textured Effects/Mosaic-Antique. Use these settings below to gain the desired effects.

7.  Now go to Images/Add/Borders use these settings below for all three boxes and then this is the color #596C77 for the border color and click okay. Grab your magic wand and select the border color by click inside the border color. Now go to Adjust/Add & Remove Noise/Add Noise. Use these settings below. 


8. Go to Selections/Select None or hit Ctrl + D on your keyboard. The next step is to go to Adjust/Hue & Saturation/Hue Map or You can hit the Shift+H key at the same time on your keyboard see the settings to apply below.


Okay now hit okay and then add your text and watermark and Merge All Flattened. 
I hope you enjoyed doing my tutorial as I did writing it. As well rewriting to make it more understandable. Hey it has been awhile since I have written a tutorial.
